I am Mark Tranter
Development Director
Mark has worked within the Social Housing sector for over 40 years with a strong and proven track record of success in development, regeneration, new business, programme delivery, and sales & marketing. Mark is a strategic and innovative thinker and, in response to changing markets, has worked at corporate and operational levels to establish and develop good relationships with strategic partners and funders, consultants, Local Authorities, private developer partners and Homes England (HE), resulting in the introduction of new innovative joint venture partnerships and successful HE funding bids.

I am Wendy Freeman
Housing Manager
Wendy is a highly experienced Housing manager with over 30 years of housing management, maintenance, and asset compliance experience. Wendy is exceptionally customer focus and effective in partnership development and has held management positions inc. responsibility for policy development in both local and national settings.
Wendy has previously set up new development and associated processes and procedures for end to end housing management services from scratch. She is highly experienced in managing all tenure types to include, general needs, leasehold, sheltered, extra care and Shared ownership. She also has vast experience of working with Local Authorities with allocations, choice based lettings and tenancy sustainability working with vartious department and other partnering organisations.
Wendy's previous roles include:
- Senior Housing Manager (including business improvement) - HomeGroup (one of UK largest RPs)
- Senior Estate Manager - Anchor Hanover Housing
- Housing Manager - Bristol City Council
- Worked for M.O.D throughout the UK and in Germany and Cyprus as part of their arms forces housing resettlement schemes.

I am Josh Roden
Land & Development Manager
Josh has worked with Storm Property to refine the development appraisal process and manages the land and development opportunities for the company. Having previously worked as a chartered accountant at Deloitte, Josh used those skills to create internal models that are both efficient and compliant. Josh has great project management experience, having managed international audits of FTSE 250 companies, as well as helping grow SME entities including taking some through the IPO process.
Josh is a people person with strong interpersonal skills to build and manage relationships with housebuilders, agents, landowners and local authorities. During his time at Storm Property Josh has built an in-depth knowledge of the development process and social housing market.

I am Bernie Hutcheson
Project Director
Bernie is responsible for the planning, organisation and management of development and technology projects. Bernie possess over 25 years’ experience working in a management role, of which 12 years are at Director / Senior Management level including working alongside John Gannon at both TerraQuest and Land Assembly Services.

I am Andrew Mudie
Construction Director
Andrew has over 20 years’ experience in the construction industry and was the founder of the successful construction business “Bistas Construction”. Andy has an in-depth knowledge and experience of all aspects of construction, including structural, mechanical and electrical. Andrew oversees all site appraisals, costing and development management for all projects.

I am Louis Howard
Project Manager
Having graduated from University of Salford, Louis worked within a Capital Project Advisory team that offered project assurance and traditional consultancy services on key construction projects and infrastructure programmes across the UK. Having achieved MRICS status, Louis now works closely with Andrew Duffy to deliver specialist supported housing Schemes across the UK.

I am Aujas Dattani
Relationship Director
After studying Care and Psychology at college and university, Aujas has worked in a number of care roles across Care Homes, Respite Centres and Support Providers for adults with learning difficulties. Recently Aujas has been the business development lead for a variety of large corporations helping their businesses grow and making a difference. Aujas is passionate about the care industry and her main focus now is to work collaboratively with our stakeholders, including commissioners, care providers and housing associations ensure that Storm Property meets their current needs and strategic aims.

I am Rav Kumar
Architectural consultant
With over 20 years of experience in property and architecture Rav has delivered a wide range of services to both the public and private sectors with a range that encompasses retail, commercial, residential, hotel and leisure, industrial, community and the expanding mixed use market Rav has a proven track record, working with local authorities and market leading developers on a range of projects from new developments to urban regeneration and City Centre scheme. Being a Director of an architecture company involved in the design of green buildings for over a decade Rav has acquired a great breadth and depth of knowledge, experience and understanding. This enables Rav to bring to any project an ability to discern the right approach to deliver sustainability, and one which will be commercially viable and operationally successful. These are key skills in ensuring Rav can manage any project helping bring your properties up to the highest standard.

I am Mandy Gannon
Finance Director
Mandy is responsible for financial management. Mandy has a wealth of experience gained in the financial services sector: including corporate banking and mortgages. Mandy has held non-exec posts for housing corporations and sat on Audit & Risk and Asset Development Committees.

I am Victoria Mudie
Marketing Director
Victoria is responsible for design and marketing. Victoria has worked in Marketing for the last 15 years, both within Design and Digital agencies at Board Level as well as in Commercial Marketing for a large Financial Services provider.
