I wanted to make time to thank you very much for your efforts in regard to 10 Salop Road and 73 Marsden Road in Redditch. The original properties, when surveyed, were in a very poor condition but your planning, design and innovation has completely transformed them both. The finished properties are now technically improved to resist the vagaries of the rainwater, rising dampness, etc and are aesthetically fantastic – the use of colour in the rooms, and the quality and finishes of the kitchens and bathrooms is excellent. The production of the specification and short lead-in period before the works started was a definite help to our clients and the completed works being snag free on the Practical Completion date, and therefore available for the incoming tenants to move straight into is fantastic.
